- Installation
Technical installation of SAP NetWeaver and other SAP systems, including alignment about the prerequisites, basic technical post‐installation steps and the provision of an installation log.
- Patching
Database patching, SAP Kernel upgrades, installation and upgrade of SAP support packs, SAP support pack stacks or SAP enhancement packs.
- Release migration
System technical upgrade of a SAP NetWeaver or other SAP system landscape from one release to another, following a commonly defined migration roadmap.
- Unicode conversions (including CU & UC)
System technical Unicode conversion (or combined upgrade and Unicode conversion) of a SAP NetWeaver or other SAP system landscape from single code page, MDMP or other set-ups to Unicode, following a commonly defined migration roadmap.
- Platform migration (OS/DB migration)
System technical OS/DB migration of a SAP NetWeaver or other SAP system landscape from one platform to another, following a commonly defined migration roadmap.

Coaching Support
- On-the-job coaching
Exertum provides coaching to your internal support staff, empowering them to a higher degree of independence concerning SAP NetWeaver and Basis administration. Typically, coaching sessions will be held on-site and combined with day-to-day system management tasks on your own environment.
- Documentation & procedures
Based on an initial assessment, a basic inventory and a set of procedures will be made to assist your internal support staff in its day-to-day system management tasks. Ideally, this service is combined with an on-the-job training service.
